Rhino + Sandals of tigre leap

Well a player came to me and asked if a Rhinoride stack with a sandals of tiger leap in a charge, that woulda a charge deal x3. Do they stack?

I would say "yes", but of course that charge must be an unarmed attack (per the sandals). If the character were a monk, they'd be losing their special abilities and ability to tumble because of the hide armor.

Yes, but he is not a monk, but better than this... a drunken master. He can use sttager, wich means he can charge without being in a straight line.

Most drunken masters start out as monks. If this describes your associate, then dcollins is correct: this guy's monk skills are going to be severely penalized for his wearing hide armor.
