It could also be that the designers just wanted to write so much after 2 years of silence - then they were finally able to do it and wrote a lot, and now, they are satiated, and went back to the "real work". (The fact that external playtesting has begone might also mean that they have to focus more on their work then on their blogs)

Yeah I think they are just busy and the people who need to approve their snippets are also busy.

As to the Flux issue I keep seeing, I'm guessing the foundations are pretty soild at this point, maybe only a sketch, but they are working on the details and tweaks. I dont think the fundamental stuff is changing week by week or day by day...

That's my take on it too. I think the level of flux we're dealing with is a "does this merit a +1 or a +2" level, not a "screw it! We're going to the d12 system!"
