Righteous weapon property?

Isn't this a little expensive as a +4 bonus?

The weapon (Book of Exalted Deeds, p. 114) constantly detects evil and provides +2 att/dam vs. creatures with stong/overwhelming evil auras. That's it. And it's a +4 bonus for cost purposes!
