I doubt it makes you munchkins, since imho, munchkins care more about beating the rest of the PCs than just having high stats. Remember though, that stats are relative - if the norm totals for NCPs are 63 points then 75 is clearly heroic already.

all npc enemies and allies faced by my pc's have the same rules applying to them. If I use pre-designed modules, I make sure all stats below 75 are raised in order to not create wimps..

I once, in the 5th grade (over 20yrs ago) rolled six 18s and a 9 (we were using best of 4 dice/7 rolls). Since then, I have rolled two characters with multiple 3s.

All three of the characters wound up in the trash can, only the mega-18 character was played, and only once. It kinda sucked.:(

Some freinds way back in high school had an "18" rolling method. It involved holding the d6 in the palm of your hand, with one corner resting in between the two middle fingers where they meet the palm. You had to have the right corner resting there, then pull your hand back, letting the die roll out at the right speed. It would come up as either a 6 (most if the time if you did it right), or a 1. It took for bloody ever to roll the character (3d6, 1 die at a time:rolleyes: ), but they came up with all 18s.

Since 1's were somewhat common too, the also had a few characters with 3's mixed with 18's;)

Statistically, he should've had more 8s and 13s than anything else...

I did something similar once. It was roll 12d6, adding dice to 6 for each. I rolled all at once by simply droppings all 12 dice in front of one player and the DM. Came up all 6's.

Of course over 20 years as a DM I must have rolled up by dice or computer, thousands of characters.
