RotS - live action or animation movie? (Spoilers)

Man this gets on my nerves. It's like someone turning on the Howard Stern show and then whining about being offended by it. If you click on a thread about Star War, it's probably safe to assume that there's going to be a spoiler or two mixed in there. If you really don't want to be spoiled the don't read any threads with Star Wars as the subject. Seems pretty simple.
Amen. I'm not gonna walk on glass for fear of spoiling. Likewise, I won't toss spoilers for the movie in a thread not about the movie.

If you don't want to be spoiled, quit reading threads about the movie fer Pete's sake.

Henry, I've got no problem with you putting "Spoilers" in the tag. But...

When the MD robot hands the baby to Obi Wan...
If *this* is a spoiler enough to piss someone off, I guess it shouldn't be mentioned that Padme names the babies (two even!) Luke and Leia. Obi Wan takes the boy to Tatooine and Bail Organa takes the girl to Alderaan. Hello!? Has he not seen A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi?

Geez Louise.

When the MD robot hands the baby to Obi Wan, I could see the change from CG baby to real baby.

The only "real to CG" complaint I had was when Dooku jumped over the rail and the beginning. When he landed, it was so obviously CG. His head looked kind of odd, like a video game character.

I don't see the bad CG comparisons between this film and LotR. I can't recall any moments in LotR where the CG was so bad it completely shocked me out of suspension of disbelief. AotC on the other hand it seemed like every five minutes something so bad looking popped up that it reminded me I was watching a movie.
Those big things in the mines in Fellowship, along with pretty much everything Legolas rides, actually. There are many examples. I'd make a list but then I'd have to watch the movies again, and once through was more than enough for me, partially, but not entirely, because of the awful CGI.

You're right, folks. My bad. Overreacted.

(But have a little sympathy. If you had to wait 18 days after the release to see RotS, wouldn't you be dying to read something, anything, about Star Wars?

Lesson learned, and see you after June 6th.)
 There's no way I could have waited. I'd have taken a "long lunch" from work and gone to see it by myself, at least.

Oh wait -- that's what I did...

The cave trolls didn't jar me out of the film's reality at all.

Legolas mounting the horse that one time yeah. But I'd completely forgotten about that because the film was so well done.

However, when I think back on AotC, it seems mostly all I can recall quickly is horrible looking clone troopers.

Again, none of those really jarred me into thinking I was watching a movie. The vast majority of the CG in AotC did.
