As much as I'd like to eliminate more, 3 votes is the next highest, and that isn't quite enough to remove a feat, even at this stage. I think that with Toughness gone, however, we will probably get a better spread of votes.

THE RULES

1) Each round will only last a day or two, so make sure you get your votes in!
2) Only one vote per person. One FEAT only - and no multiple persona's please
3) In the first few rounds I will eliminate more than one loser- this will help us get to the nitty gritty.
4) Make it obvious which Feat you are voting for, in bold, at the top of your post. Write what you like in defence of your choice, or about how your favourite was eliminated, but make it easy for me to collate results!
5) Once a new round has started - let the previous thread die. (I might even ask the moderators to lock it)
6) I've only chosen the Basic Feats from the 3.5 SRD - the 3.5 version of the feat is the one you should be basing your eviction on
7) You can't change your vote within a round.
8) You don't need a 'good' reason for your vote. Petty reasons are just fine.
9) Oh, and don't quote the initial post! It's too long!

SIMPLE WEAPON PROFICIENCY [GENERAL]

So pointless, I didn;t even know it was really a feat till someone pointed it out in the last round.

I took 'Run' with my Gnoll Barb/Ranger bounty hunter. Run combined with barbarian speed and endurance pretty much guaranteed no one was going to get away.
 

IMPROVED COUNTERSPELL [GENERAL]

counterspelling is worthless, and taking a feat to do it only slightly better just doesn't cut it

Why you would buy a feat just so you can get shot at while running?

you can go from total cover, get a shot at an enemy, back to total cover. The feat is really good, especially for Scouts!!
 

DEFLECT ARROWS

Like some other feats, that should be just a class ability, not a general feat.

I mean, really, how many non-monks take Improved Unarmed Strike? Oooh, there's another one...

Defelct arrow I agree with but I know lots of barbarians and fighters who took improved unarmed strike
