1. What Do you Look like?-
Alluring and mysterious. Clearly Fey Born, with long dark unruly copper red hair. Traveling outdoors, Rowan has knack for attracting plants on to his person, even on days not spent in a forest. He has never wondered why this is, it just seems natural. He is about the same height as an elf. He has trained most of his life to develop quick muscles, thus at first glance he may seem to have a similar body to elves but a quick skirmish reveals his hidden potential. *see the teachings of Bruce Lee*. Rowan is unnaturally strong willed while his bodies endurance is somewhat weaker then humans. This is because he is Fey.
2. Where is your family?-
Rowan has never known is birth parents. His only family that he knows is the spiritual monks of Rawell
3. What it is your greatest Love?
To fight to dance and to create and decorate metal. and finally to exact revenge
4. What is your greatest regret?
To not be born into magic.
Not being strong enough to protect Frost-Reaver, the silver dragon. Not knowing his parents
5. What makes your skin crawl?-
Gunpowder, civilization. Cold Iron. Rowan refuses to craft with and touch cold iron, no matter how dire the situation at hand may be. Dead dragons. The way their tongue hangs from their open jaw and their eyes stair lifelessly at Rowan hold his heart in a cold fearfull chill.
6. What is your greatest shame?-
The hatred and anger and pain that spills forth from his heart. He is ashamed because he knows that some of his enemies did not disserve his wrath. He knows its wrong to fight with such furry and that one day the dark powers may take him.
7. What fascinates you?-
Magic and Lore. Rowan was never able to cast magic himself so he is interested in all things magic. The only magic he has really seen though was a mop that would go and fill a bucket with water from the well. Also once, and only once he had seen Frost-Reaver use his breath attack. The Forest. Gypsy magic and the music their bells make as they move. Someday, Rowan hopes to acquire a Gypsy garment made of myithrel bells that protect like a chain shirt.
8. What are your habits? –
Rowan sometimes taps his foot and hums a tone only he can hear. It is a beautiful magic filled with woolen vines and weaves that make him feel light in the head and in the feet and. He is unable to resist keeping still when music is being preformed. Rowan tends to use a hooded cloak to hide his features when entering new places. Rowan is shy around other races other this human, but realizes that humans not from the monastery are distrustful of the other races, so he keeps his guard up and his whit’s about him This is because for most of his he had never seen other races before.
9. What are your Secrets?-
Rowan feels that he is not an elf like the temple has told him (although he tells others he is a half elf if asked). They also told him his parents were killed, but he does not believe this to be true. Perhaps it is him just wanting to be special for you see, he has no magic in him.
10. Are you rational or passionate?-
Rowan is normally not outspoken, he tries to stay rational and focused like the teachings of his temple… but he finds it hard to keep his emotions inside. He would usually dance when he felt no one was watching. Once, Rowan was in the forbidden cave dancing to his memory music, and a voice from the darkness spoke out and started him. The voice showed it’s self to be a Silver Dragon of many years. Rowan made a deal with the dragon that he would not tell anyone of Frost-Reaver’s (the dragons name) presence in the cave, and in return, Frost-Reaver would not tell anyone that Rowan was in the forbidden cave dancing and neglecting his studies. The Dragon told him never to loose the passion the burns inside of him, for it could be a powerful talent one day. He told him that his teachings at the Temple would be also be useful someday and he should not abandon them easily, and that they would aid him in his days to come.
11. Are you sophisticated or superstitious?–
Rowan loves to hear tales of otherworldly things. He is very superstitious and believes in all manner of things. Some tales Rowan knows to be false, like tales of magical creatures with delicate humanoid bodies and wings of tiny birds, butterflies and insects made of pure magic. But even so he believes in them, because what else is he to believe in? gods? Ha, that’s too convenient.
12. How strong is your faith?-
Rowan believes that there are all manor of gods and deities in the world, he just doesn’t think that they believe in him. Rowan Crescent-Moon Believes in himself.
13. How self-Confident are you?
After the temple, Raven-Moon struggles with inner pain. At times he has wanted to kill himself but he fears to tempt such a fate. He has heard that killing oneself is a dishonor and its consequences and be worse then the death itself, while dieing in battle can be glories will be remembered by history for all eternity.
14 What drives you to adventure.
Revenge and Hope. Rowan tries to find Frost-Reaver’s killer, and kill them. But he also wishes to find his place in the world along the way. He Wishes to find new ways to fight. So far none made him feel like himself. One day he wishes to create a Powerful weapon from Frost-Reavers Claw. This way Frost-Reaver can join Rowan in battle and be the instrument of revenge for Frost-Reavers death.
So that’s my character so far. I was wondering what kind of back-story rowan could have that would put him at such a disadvantage at using ranged weapons (the -5). Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe its because he has a nerves twitch because he is always itching to dance and tumble? Or Maybe he could loose an eye in the first encounter, or maybe both?
Any other general ideas for the character? I’m Proud of it so far. I’m little worried that doing another revenge based character may not the most original back-story, but honestly I can’t think of much else, and they are so fun to play.
When ever I find a place that has a scanner I will post his picture as well… and it’ my best picture yet! I even designed the dragon glaive I hope to craft for him later in the game.

another note. I see Kilorian as looking life half elves or elves. I do not see them looking like the artests rendition of them in races of the wild. To me if feels as if the dzn of them lack good esthetic. I just pretend the pictures of them dont exist.
