Feeling slightly disoriented after the fight with the monster, Sel looks around to check the room they are in again.

Looking around the room you see scattered corpses... and one looks fairly fresh, bloodied and mangled as if it had been eaten by something, perhaps even that same horror that you just killed. Other than the corpses, the room doesn't appear to have anything else special about it. It has only one other exit to the south.
 

Sel quickly looks at the fresh corpse, wondering when that person came through, and whether he would have been an ally if they had met him alive, then moves on to the southern exit.
 

It is hard to tell anything of the corpse because of the carnage of being mostly eaten. But it does appear that the man is rather dirty, like a vagabond or something.

Moving from the room brings you into more caverns similar to what you've been traveling all this time. Finally, you come to an open door. Inside is a smallish room with nicely tiled floors and walls. A beautiful tapestry hangs covering nearly the entire western wall. The dust on the floor belies the immense amount of time that this room has laid in disuse.
 

(Is the dust undisturbed? If so, the following applies: )

"Dust... must be the wrong way!" Sel looks almost panicked at the unused room, then his head turning to see if they haven't overlooked anything.
 

The dust on the floor looks completely clear of any sort of disturbance for a very, very long time. The dust is completely evenly spread around the room.
