RPG Conundrums

Funnily enough my answer is that it depends on how long you can keep drinking. :p

If you keep drinking the healing effects take place constantly, but if it gets into the wrong passage and your lungs they don't and you choke.

So perhaps a doubled constitution check. You fail twice in a row you drown normally.

Edit:

Actually, now I'm confused. There are medicines that work best inhaled through the lungs. We don't even know what the instructions for a healing potion dosage say.

Some further conundrums that require consideration:

If an owlbear falls in the forest, and no one is there, does it make a noise?

What is the sound of a one-armed troll clapping?

A vampire comes to a druid's home. His home is outdoors (say a cave or hollowed out oak trunk). Does the vampire need to be invited in?

If a paladin's field of protection from evil keeps evil out and the paladin enters a place that is entirely evil, does the paladin get thrown out the door?

Just, I dunno...the marker said "Laugh" so I hope some of these are at least slightly amusing. :D

No. It's too embarrassed.

The sound of growing.

It's the polite thing to do.

If a paladin's field of protection from evil keeps evil out and the paladin enters a place that is entirely evil, does the paladin get thrown out the door?
Depends on the clientele.

In the Guardians of the Flame series (the best and probably the original people dropped into a RPG world series), healing potions can't kill you; they'll heal you if they're poured directly into the lungs.

Two from the DM hold music a while back::p
Do Italian vampires hate garlic?
Where did that tiger keep those 20 sliver pieces?

....
Is attacking the darkness a valid target for magic missiles, if you are against shadows/darkweavers/shadowdancers?

Do mind flayer zombies crave brains?
Can you clone a doppelganger?

My only point of potion reference here is when Obelix fell into Getafix's magic potion as a child. So, too much magic potion seems to make you want to eat wild boars
