Atlantis Rising sounds a bit overloaded.
Atlantis alone can fill a book, but it also has Lemurians, the New Navy, Lord of the Depth an Naut'Yll in it according to the kickstarter page. That is a lot for not even 200 pages especially when they also add a adventure/campaign into it.

I've found all the Savage Rifts stuff to condense the vast setting lore to a digestible amount for a starting GM. For more details, I'd point others to getting the setting guides directly from Palladium, which I think is good content even if you don't use the system.

Thanks very much for giving Heroes of Thargos some exposure here. The stretch goals are in sight and hope that we have a strong finish to our first Campaign. I would add that this is not just for fans of the Cursed Empire RPG. We have had a lot of interest from people new to the setting too. I just hope that we inspire enough people to get involved in the game and will add some blurb here:

Just a word of caution for the SideQuests KS. This creator has several other accounts (at least 4) under different names on KS several of them unfulfilled. Do your research.

Yes, that is a terrible tactic I have seen, one with the failed to deliver Robotech Kickstarter miniatures.
