I'm super excited about the new Epic Encounters sets from Steamforged. I have the first two with the kobolds and dragon and they're so well put together. They were a challenge for my group of level 3 PCs. My biggest critique though, is that they say you can pair the adventures together, but the required power gap between taking down the kobolds and fighting the dragon is large enough that trying to do both encounters one after the other doesn't really work. In Steamforge's defense, they do have guidelines for scaling the encounters up or down. However, the kobold encounter really won't work at higher levels, and IMHO if you scale down the encounter with the dragon, you're really just short-changing your players and breaking their suspension of disbelief. How could a group of level 2 PCs ever possibly realistically bring down an adult red dragon!?

I mean, in a direct slug fest fight, that is probably gonna be a problem. If they can somehow beat it via tactics/parley somehow/etc etc, then they may have a chance at winning.

I have just read some minutes ago, and I have discovered the Spanish publisher "Nosolorol" what is translating WoD 20 A, 7th Sea, Mutant Year Zero, and other titles also is going to publish the translation of Tome of Beasts by Kobold Press. It is arrives in the right time because Edgeent will can't publish new translations of D&D 5th (by fault of the conflict between WotC and Game Force Nine, but a module, and Devir is very slow, maybe too much, to publish Pathfinder and Starfinder. With a piece of luck, "Tomo de Bestias" will be sold well, allowing later new translations of KP titles. When I could, my intention is to buy it for my collection, because I know my spent money allows to publish more new books. If a 3PP's title is being translanted into other languages is the sign of a good work.
