This week: car driving dinosaurs in a world of whimsy. Old-School Essentials/Basic and Expert D&D gets a big pirate adventure and setting, fantasy RPGs in general get dead PC rules for after a TPK, and D&D gets Cthulhu Mythos hacked in a second edition. New RPGs include the afore mentioned art-marking RPG of car driving dinosaurs and a solo vampire RPG, along with an adventure for MÖRK BORG. There are also RPGs about Space Panthers and young people fighting the Man. Finally, Heroes & Hardships gets a supplement and there are cyberpunk fae coins available.

Players create and customize weapons, trade them amongst each other, and fight increasingly difficult monsters until facing off against the boss of the Zone. Powered by a simple dice pool mechanic that emphasizes cinematic combat and narrative problem solving. Each turn, a player describes just how freaking cool their weapon is and by incorporating its traits and the Zone's environmental features additional dice are added to a roll. To finish a round against a mini-boss or boss, a PC needs enough dice to a pool to GO IN FOR THE KILL. If the roll fails, the PC may get killed.
