As the title says how can I get mny hands on RPGA campaign cards mainly the one that'll that me play a wood elf in legacy of the green regent.

The RPGA campaign cards are part of the Player Rewards program of the RPGA. If you're a RPGA member who is not yet a member of the Player Rewards program, you should sign up on the RPGA webpage: http://www.wizards.com/rpga (Your membership page will show your status in the Reward Program if you don't know if you've signed up).

Every 20 points worth of RPGA adventures you play, the RPGA will send you three randomly chosen cards from the latest set. There are three mailings a year, the reward durations being January -> April, May->August and July->December. Points left over accrue to the next duration.

The current sets of cards seem to be primarily for the Mark of Heroes campaign.

To gain previously released campaign cards, you'll have to trade or buy them from other people. I think there are e-bay auctions of the campaign cards; there are also sites you might try (there's been some interest on www.maxminis.com).

The RPGA recently said that they'll also send out full sets of the campaign cards to DMs who accrue 60 reward points. (That's over a four month period).

You get reward points for playing or DMing the following RPGA sanctioned games:
* Legacy of the Green Regent = 4 points
* Mark of Heroes = 4 points
* Published Eberron module = 4 points
* Living Greyhawk core module = 2 points
* Classic D&D adventure = 2 points
* Dungeon Magazine adventure = 2 points
* Living Force adventure = 2 points
* Living Greyhawk regional = 1 point
* Other RPGA sessions = 1 point

In the near future, Homebrew D&D 3e campaigns will become sanctionable. (1 point per session).
