RPGA Tri-state Gameday?

Anyone from the northern east coast (NY, Penn, NJ, Conn, Mass etc), intrested in trying to set up a large single day RPGA Gameday?

Aside from Winter Fantasy I dont know of any rpga cons in the east (in fact this was Winter Fantasy's first time).

I want to see if I can set up an RPGA gameday with all your standard living games, and D&D minis.

Anyone intrested in setting this up? perhaps for May?

Location would probably be a big issue. I think that's one of the reasons that you don't see a lot of big gamedays; they end up being too large for a house, and there's not a lot of other options unless you want to spring for hotel space.

I have two locations with enough room for a full actual day of gaming.
I'm keeping it down to one day because otherwise people would have to find a place to sleep. This way they can come and go!

When and where were you thinking of holding it?

A good question. You'll probably want to set a date that you know works with Neutral Ground, then go from there. You'll also want to mention it on the RPGA and LG email lists. It's really hard for folks to commit to something fun until they know the day.

When you do, doublecheck to make sure it isn't interfering with any other cons in the tristate area. It would suck to have competition.
