RPGNOW problem

Has anyone else ever sent an e-mail to RPGnow customer service or their "order" e-mail? This is my bad, but I accidentally paid for 2 copies of Requiem for a God. I'd really like to only pay for one copy, and have sent them 3 e-mails asking what I can do. However, I've never heard back from them.

Anyone got any ideas? I'd be happy to send a copy of it to one of you, if you'd buy me a copy of something else I want, but I'm a strong believer in not stealing people's work, and I don't want it to look like I'm doing that by trading .pdf files.

If you're not getting responses from the custserv address (I agree, it is very hit and miss), I'd suggest moving up the chain to the webmaster, James. His email address(es) are:

webmaster@rpgshop.com
webmaster@rpgnow.com
webmaster@rpghost.com

I think they all go to the same inbox, but I'm not sure. He'll get the email whichever one you use, though.
