This'd be just 1pp, which'd be DC 11 to Design (child's play for Archeville's +20 Knowledge/Technology), and take 1 hour to design (really 2.4 minutes thanks to Archeville's Mental Task Quickness 4). It's a DC 11 Craft check to build (taking 4 hours), also child's play for Archeville's +18 Craft/Electronics; by taking a -5 penalty on the Craft check (easily done by him) he can do it in half the time, or two hours.
Ah I missed the -5 to halve time on the construction check :> Defenatly need to get that approved on the ritualist rule :>

PS I can't see the point of the ESP, adding the accurate extra to teleport seems just as good and is much cheaper.

Jones's plan involved a chalk circle and a large black sheet. Everyone except Jones stands in the circle he coves them with the sheet, waves his wand and and chants some rubbish suddenly the sheet falls to the floor. Jones then teleports to the target location, draws a new circle drapes the sheet over it waves his wand again and then lifts the sheet up slowly to reaveal his companions. How did that happen! Who needs justification when you have magic :>

[sblock=OOC]ESP to scout out (since tAMJ did say he wasn't sure how useful he'd be in surveilling this place)... and so Archeville can show-off. He's mainly just using the Teleport to open a 5-ft. "doorway" through the force field, and 'doors' in other walls, not really to move us all about the campus.

I'm fairly certain you can do the "-5 on skill check to reduce time by half" for Ritualist (and Artificer) -- they're all basically the same feat, just with different names and different skills being used. I could be mis-remembering, though.

The lack of justification is why Archeville hates magic ;) [/sblock]

Artificer is the same (and stated as such.) Ritualist is different in the timings 4h research 10 mins perform, as opposed to 1h design 4h make. The half the time for -5 is not explicitly stated. And as the timings are different that might be important.

Oh but it works because that is the way of the world, you have to have faith as well as understanding. :>

"We will be landing at Geiger Air Force Base and taking ground transportation to the university.

OOC: rgordona I don't see the problem of taking the -5 for this trick.
HoV: likewiseI'll allow you to jury rig an exsiting ite keep in mind that the modifications won't be lasting unless you spend a power point on them.

[sblock=OOC]I understand completely. As long as it lasts long enough in the scene to get us through the force field, I'll (and Archeville'll) be happy :) . And I actually was thinking of spending some earned power points on upgrading his Belt and Blaster. Among other things..... ;) [/sblock]

Oh, and the board's saying I don't have adequate privileges to send Private Messages. Buh?!

HoV-You are not the only one. I had considered using Atomic think tank to send private messages but that seems kind of silly.

Raylis-Thanks for the OK about rushing the job.

HoV-Planning what to spend points on is a terible mistake. I already have a wish list worth that would take upwards of 2 years to acheive!

[sblock=Private Messages]Checking the FAQ, it seems the Adminstrator has to appove us for PMing.

So, who's the Admin for the Living Superheroes section?[/sblock]

I think you need a paid account.

Mr Jones nods "You are right Maam. That is much better; more subtle. If we landed on the sports field the Minister would know we were coming."
