Ugh! Zenji thinks to himself, While they sit here deciding what to do about this lackey who knows what the real villain's doing? How many lives are we putting at risk every second we stand here? This is no time for discussions and tea parties, this is the time for action! That's it, let them dally as they may, I'm going to go find this Minister and put an end to his nefarious schemes!

Upon reaching the ground floor Zenji and Archeville spy two more unconcious guards; Juggler appears to be nowhere in the vicinity.
In the parking lot, Mr. Jones appears in the mindst of Major Sinclair and three soldiers, "What's the situation like, Mr. Jones?" the major asks, quickly composing herself.

Mr Jones dumps his burden on to the tarmac and gives the major a brief run down. "This guy calls himself Professor Archer. He was experimenting on the students, messing around with DNA to try and create superpowered mutants. When we apprehended him he injected himself with some kind of serum and passed out. He probably needs medical attention but you should watch him carefully just incase the experiment worked.
