RS2: The Tokyo Problem (Velmont Judging)

(OOC: I know Sierra wasn't mentioned in the summary, but I'll assume she teleported over to Scout as planned, though Scout managed to eliminate the duplicates already)

*Sierra wonders whether this child is still another fake, but she doesn't really mind. He is supposedly a 'dream thief' which sounds strong in the mental domain, so she decides to pin him against the wall for the other heroes to dispose of.*

(OOC: Psychokinesis, no attack roll, but a Grapple check is needed.)

Not sensing any other copies of the boy, Scout teleports to where the single visible boy plummeted to the ground. If there is a body on the ground, then she crouches beside the boy she checks for any signs of life. If not then she will teleport back to where she was and starting 'porting in a perimeter around the area, trying to locate the boy again.

As she does so she responds to Mecha via the communicator, giving her position with respect to the Ichtawa building. She then continues speaking "Boy's location unknown, duplicates gone. What is status on the monsters?"

[sblock=Shoulder Daemons]Muah hah hah hah hah! With this mighty kaiju, I hold Japan in the palm of my hand! Muah hah hah hah hah!!!

This isn't going to last, you know. It'll probably disappear once the kid who created or summoned it is knocked out.

Bah! Quit spoiling my fun![/sblock]

Archeville commands MekaGojira to hover right at the edge of the harbor, as low as it can, hoping to trick Gojira into thinking it is actually standing on the harbor. Then, in an attempt to goad Gojira into charging towards him -- and into the water -- he has MekaGojira turn and slap it's giant shiny metal ass, then hopes to dodge/fly out of the way at the last moment. (And once Gojira's in the water, we can more safely blast away at it.)

Bluff/Trick check vs. Gojira (1d20+0 = 6)
Hero Point to re-roll Bluff/Trick check vs. Gojira (1d20+0 = 5), result of the re-roll is less than 11, so add 10 to get a total of 15.

[sblock=ooc]If Titan can see Scout he heads there. If not he hails her on the commlink and asks for directions.[/sblock]

Marie responds to Scout. "The monsters are...well, being monsters. It looks like they're heading toward the ocean. Which is where I'm going to start heading." She glances around, seeing if there's any quick way down besides plummeting several hundred feet.

Scout teleports near the prone boy, he doesn't seem all together that badly hurt, suprisingly given his fall.

Further down the street Gus indeed detects the lack of fear that marks the boy's presence, there is one that is standing still others that are moving slowly away. One fades into sight as he begins to run as fast as he can down the street.

Titan strides across blocks, quickly scooping Mecha off of the roof of the Ichitawa building and setting her on the ground.

Not nearly agile enough or the ability to in fact slap itself in its ordered manner, Archeville recieves a 404 error on the control panel as both the Metal Doppleganger and the King of Monsters continue towards the bay

(unless the map I have is wrong it will take a bit to actually reach the docks and the water.
How's that for a quick way down D. Shaffer :P?)

Hmm... is rabbit flushed? Gus wonders, seeing The Boy fleeing down the road, or is Fearless Thief flushing me from hiding?

I think have found real one. Gus whispers into his communicator. He then steps into the shadows, and emerges behind the unmoving version of The Boy. Ordinarily, Gus would relish the surprise, scream 'Boo!' while he looks like a zombie version of the villain's Aunt Bertha. For once, though, he stays silent and unseen, deeply uncomfortable with the duty of knocking out a child and with the Child himself.

[sblock=actions]Teleport as move action. Sneak Attack on (hopefully) The Boy.

Porting behind 'The Boy' (or his unmoving duplicate) with a Sneak Attack. (1d20+8=22) DC=21 (+2 for Sneak Attack)[/sblock]

OOC: Okay, finally back, will be able to hopefully update this evening, so feel free to post actions if you haven't and I hope everyone had a good new year's...sadly I did not see any comets in the sky ;)
