I don't think anyone's tried much of anything on the kid yet, save teleportation. Is that a Will save? Regardless, he seems pretty resistant.
Actually the earlier teleportation was a reflex save (although I'm going to change that after this campaign because a will save fits better with the concept), however the current stunted teleportation is a will save. And yeah he seems pretty resistant, although he has been affected by it at least once so he's not immune. In fact given his resistance so far, I'd say either he's got damn good will and reflex saves, or Raylis has just been rolling really well, ... or both.[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]@HoV--Sierra has plenty of non-fear emotional stuff, but she figures he'll probably be immune to all of them

@VV--Thanks for letting me know. The enemy seems highly resilient to Gus's powers, though, and with all those duplicates, it'll be hard to smash the real one. Sierra can get rid of the dupes, but her attack that does that is far too weak to hurt the real enemy, so she'll need Gus to tag team and land the follow up![/SBLOCK]

[sblock=OOC]Sounds good to me. Little kid or not, it'd be a real mistake to underestimate this guy. Hopefully we can figure out a way to isolate him.

And yeah, Gus in particular needs the help. His physical abilities are mostly in the normal human range during the daylight.

Man, for an area-effect blaster right now! Mecha could probably pepper the area with grenades or something. Hopefully, she'd be reluctant to drop bombs on a kid, though. Sounds like a last resort to me.[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]Heh. Believe me, the suggestion is in the back of my head, but blasting a kid is kinda...bad and not something Mecha would think of. That said, if someone wanted to give me a suggestion for it. ;) There's also the smoke shell option if you think that'd help. [/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]Well, for similar reasons, blowing up children just wouldn't occur to Gus. It'd certainly occur to at least part of Dr. Archeville, though. :-) Of course, he's probably too busy to really notice what's going on at ground level.

This is a good thing, really. Heroes are defined as much by the steps they won't take as the ones they do.[/sblock]

Marie cheeres as the smoke seems to work...a little. "What sort of assistance, Scout? Where ARE you anyways?"

She peers over the edge of the building, checking to see if she can spot them.

As another group of boys are teleported into the sky one becomes visible as he plummets, hitting the ground hard. The other unwilling skydivers disappear off both Scout's blindsense and Gus' fearless sight, although the former Nightmare does detect more fearlessness emenating from a bit further down the street.

While she can't make out her companions, Mecha does see the boy crash to the ground and Titan thanks to his enlarged height easilly makes it in front of the Ichitawa building.

Archeville's grip slips a bit, but he manages to hang on as Mechagodzilla moves toward the harbor. Godzilla lets out his trademark roar and (luckily) pursues his mechanical doppleganger rather then the smoke blasting magic girl.

Gus slips into the shadows once more-- a much less creepy effect when the teleporter is invisible-- moving further down the street to make sure he hasn't fallen for another of The Boy's elaborate tricks. He almost hopes he has, since the King of the Monsters still remains in town.

He pushes the thought of other dreams stranded in the waking world away, and silently searches for The Boy.
