RS2: The Tokyo Problem (Velmont Judging)

Archeville happens to glance back and sees Titan coming up behind him. He taps on his communicator, "I zhink ve need to tackle zhis like zhe video game he's from. Not a direct assault, but going up zhrough zhe building to reach him! Ve need to get zhose people out of zhere, zhough, in case zhe whole zhing collapses -- do you vant to cover evacuation, or ape-wrangling?"

[sblock=Decisions]If Titan wants to tackle the ape, then Archeville will use his electromagnetic screwdriver to tap into the building's PA system/computer network and instruct everyone to evacuate.
If Titan decides to cover evacuation, then Archeville will fly up the central staircase (or any available stairway) to head towards the ape.[/sblock]

Marie's eyes narrow, so focused on the ape she doesnt seem to notice the Doctor. "You cant block ALL of them, you giant monkey! Load HEAT shells!" There is a bit of motion on her cannon as a large cannon shell ejects out of the breach, only to evaporate into thin air. A replacement shell appears nearby before sliding into place. "FIRE!"

[sblock=Rolls]Init +0: 1d20=9
Cannon shot: 1d20+10=14
Blast 10 - Explosive if it hits. [/sblock]

Seeing the corrupt executive fleeing, Mister Scares leaps to pursue him. Passing through the car's exterior, he nestles himself in the trunk of the car. Why do I feel like... like there should be monkey in here? he wonders to himself.

Titan looks a little helplessly at the good doctor,"I'll try to hold him off for awhile if you can get me on some solid ground. I can shrink to make it easier to carry me.".

OOC: Titan will try to handle the Ape, but is probably way out of his league. Also, since he doesn't fly, he'll need to be deposited somewhere.

Teleporting around, Scout notes the white car...it looks odd among the sedans and coups that now litter the streets and it's the only car that was moving. Mecha's shot nails the giant ape who lets out an OOK before chucking the barrel in her general direction...only to have the projectile mearly bounce and roll into the street below. Sierra's telekinetic aim proves to be somewat true, as Titan lands safely on Kong's giant foot. Nearing the building Archeville begins to tap into whatever emergency system they have and sets off the fire alarm.

Round 3!

Her curiousity drawn to the white car, Scout teleport's close to the car and tries to determine who the passengers are. She continues to follow the car, 'porting as necessary.

[sblock=Actions][Teleport (free action)]
[Stealth +30 (take 10, Hide in plain sight)]
[Notice +30 (take 10)]
[Blindsight to assess passengers of car (as it is an Acute sense she should be able to recognise passengers if she has any idea who they are)]
[/sblock]

Titan grows to full size and begins to tussle with the giant ape. He goes for a shoot, trying to get a lock on the right arm of the ape.

OOC: Gone for the weekend.

Growth (Free action), Unarmed attack (-2 due to size), Improved Grab–(Immediately start grapple as free action. Your unarmed attack inflicts normal damage and counts as the initial attack roll to start a grapple.)

unarmed attack on Kong (1d20+4=8)
I KNOW that won't cut it

Attack +6 (DC 20 Toughness, CRIT 20, Bruise)

*Sierra is going to surround the area around her with a constantly-changing illusion of the streets such that the driver of Ichitawa's car thinks that he is actually going the way he wants to go but is actually in the end just driving in circles inside her illusion range--of course, the illusion only changes things starting after the car's next turn, so the driver and Ichitawa won't actually see anything changing. She doesn't know about invisible Mister Scares, so she just wants to make sure Ichitawa doesn't escape.*

Mister Scares stays in the trunk of the white car, snickering quietly to himself. He sticks his head intangibly through the back seat, to see the driver and hear what's being said inside.
