I've just began playing RtToEE with an Earth Genasi Cleric of Grumbar (Metal, Earth), having in mind to progress into Divine Disciple (a pair of levels, seeking for that nasty Time Domain) and then Runecaster (absolutely fearsome PrC, just 10 minutes creating a Trigger activated agic Item!).
He's focused on melee combat, with Str 17 and Con 16, wielding a maul (w. the free proficiency given by the Metal domain) and full-plate.
Not a min/max tank, but having lots of fun with him.
Other than the classic buffs, which spells should I have right at hand? I would like advice specially in FR specific spells because I know little of them (not my usual campaign setting).
