Rules for Gunpowder Weapons. Suggestions?

I'm working on creating an NPC dwarf that uses a large blunderbuss-type weapon and a triple barrelled flintlock-type weapon. Any ideas on what would be reasonable range, damage, weight, critical and threat range stats?

DMG suggests - Musket 500 gp 1d10s 1d12m ×3 150 ft. 10 lb. Piercing.
It is reasonable for a Blunderbuss type weapons to be slightly higher damage (1d12s, 2d8m) x3 crit, less range (perhaps in the 30-60 range).

A musket could typically have a barrel up to three feet long, which is what gave it the range it has. A Blunderbuss usually stayed around 15-17 inches , with a flared bore designed to help the shot spread. This could be a problem for accuracy beyond a very short distance. I'd make the weapon completely ineffective after 60'.

The triple-barrelled gun would look somewhat like Vincent Valentine's weapon from Dirge of Cerberus:

Of course not this exactly but somewhat like it.

Oh, thats a Dragon, not a Blunderbuss.
Shorten the range considerably (10-30), damage d10s, d12m.
Remember that it takes a full round to load, and getting your powder wet makes it useless.
