Are there rules for how fast you can pull an object that's got a line on it. Say you shoot a magic strand at a disarmed wand and want to reel it in before the enemy can retrieve it, that sort of thing.
Of course, if the object has any real mass, it's going to slow things down, but for things like weapons or handheld objects, what's the maximum?
