I don't know if Palindrome meets the stats prerequisites, but Sly Dodge might be somewhat useful to him in some situations (and gives training in either bluff or intimidate).
...or you could change the pact at-will you chose. Which one do you have?

I think Bard is a perfectly good fit for Palindrome, fluff-wise. He's clearly an entertainer in the medium of Prestidigitation. He just devises his illusions to entertain himself.
