I think I see a couple errors, but I want to confirm:

FEATS:
Mantis Leap is now Leaping Attack (Adv)?
Power Lunge got replaced by Powerful Charge (Eberron)?
Reqiuem was in Libris Mortis.
Subdual Subsititution was renamed Nonlethal Subsitution (BoExDeed, Arc?)

Prestige Classes:
Master of Shrouds was in both Libris Mortis and the Div Web Enchanment.
Tamer of Beasts was revised as Beastmaster?
Weapon Master and Master of Chains is the same as Exotic Weapon Master?

Arcane Spells
Ghostform was also in Libris Mortis
Repair X Damage also in Eberron.

Divine Spells
Isn't Blight in the PH?
Greater Call Lightning was replaced by Lightning Storm (PH)?

Domains:
Divination was renamed Oracle; same domain power, same spell list.
Community and Madness Domains (and all related spells) were also in Eberron

Was there more errors or addditions sources (Draconomicon, for example)

I want to get a good list and send it to WotC.

I think saying Master of Chains = EWM is like saying the Lasher = EWM. I don't see it. I don't think Weapon Master = EWM is so bad, though. I thought the Weapon Master was pretty unbalanced, so now we just don't have to worry about it.

The Exotic Weapon Master is not a replacement for Weapon Master or Master of Chains, any more than eithe rof those two clases could replace each other. They are very different classes that happen to have similar names.

Mantis Leap was a monk-only feat, IIRC, while Leaping Attack is open to any class - thus, it is not a revised version of Mantis Leap.

They missed all of the OA stuff, much of which has been revised.

Well, the Exotic Weapon Master is supposed to be a catch-all PrC. In theory, you could be a Master of Chains by using the Exotic Weapon Master PrC.

I'm talking about the color of the class, though, not the crunch. It's possible they thought the Master of Chains abilities just didn't work that well in 3.0. Or that they thought having a different PrC for every exotic weapon was just silly. It's basically a make-your-own PrC.

The Sources of conversion were only the Splatbooks (Sword and Fist, etc) so the OA revisions don't count, I don't think.

Its also interesting that Ninja of Crescent Moon and Master Samurai were replaced by the base classes in Adv and War.

Right. But in some cases that works better than others. The spiked chain obviously needs no powering up to be a viable weapon. The whip, on the other hand, could use some class abilities targeted at making it a bit better choice.
