Anyways, here for your enjoyment are the Mindwhip and Mnemonic Slivers. Or as I like to call them, the 'brains' of sliver society...

Mindwhip Sliver

The mindwhip sliver, together with its mnemonic counter part acts as the information relay and 'brain' of the sliver hive.
The mindwhip sliver is a pinkish grey color, mottled with red and brown. A ridge of spikes run the length of the slivers head. The mindwhip sliver is 6'4'' in length.
Combat:
Mindwhip slivers are highly psionic beings, and are usually sent into combat to deal with powerfull psionic beings such as mind-flayers and aboleths. The sliver itself usually hangs back, allowing its abilities to bolster the psionic defenses of nearby slivers. If pressed it will release its full psionic arsenal. Psionics (Sp): At will - Detect Toughts, Firefall, and Lesser Concussion; DC: 1d20+4+power level. Psionic Attack/Defense Modes (Su): Mind Thrust, Psychic Chrush/Mental Barrier, Empty Mind. DC: 1d20+ appropriate ability modifier + DC modifier. Telepathy (Su): In addition to the ability to communicate mentally with other slivers, the mindwhip sliver is able to communicate mentally with any creature within 100' that has a language. Shared Abilities (Ex): All slivers within 60' of the mindwhip sliver gains access to it's psionic attack and defense modes as if they possessed the abilities themselves.

The Mnemonic sliver can be considered the intellectual of the sliver hive.
The most striking feature of the mnemonic sliver is it's oversized partially transparent cranium, through which the creatures immense brain structure can be seen. The slivers skin is usually a pale white or pink, with two blue-grey bands on it's head.
Combat:
Mnemonic Slivers are probably the only sliver that disdains combat of any type. If pressured the creature will defend itself to the best of it's ability. Using it's immense brainpower to bolster the slivers sorrounding it. Spell-like Abilities: At will - Comprehend Languages, Daze, Detect Scrying, Detect Thoughts, Scrying. These are as the spells cast by a 8th level sorcerer. DC: 12 plus spell level. Telepathy (Su): In addition to being able to communicate mentally with other slivers, the Mnemonic Sliver has the ability to communicate mentally with any creature within 100' that has a language. Shared Abilities (Ex): All slivers within 60' of the mnemonic sliver gets a +2 bonus on Int, Wis and Cha. Increasing the saves and dc's based on those abilities.

I know it's basically the same thing, but you could have the plated sliver be weaker (like chaz said) ... and maybe let it give +1 Natural AC [edit: and have this ability not stack with other plated slivers? ... but then make sure there are enough to keep the AC up? ... nah! I like your stacking eviln ... urk, um ideas!]? ... after all more AC is always good ...FOR THE DM!!!!
... and then you need a prestige class based around summoning these critters to destroy ... well everything!
and allow the PrC to make sliver constructs (metallic, do wood and stone too! ... well okay maybe not) ... or telepathic slivers so they can infiltrate/influence a nest ...
No, no sliver herder prestige class, cause anyone that would want to control slivers would end up dead or destroyed, much like Volrath and the Riptide Project. As for summoning a sliver, from where? They have no native plane (that anyone knows of anyways...)
As for the Plated Sliver, I have allready fixed it, as the card gives all other slivers +0/+1, I gave it the toughness feat (which stacks by the way.) thereby giving all other slivers 3 additional hp, and thus, making them TOUGHER!
By the way, both the plated and quick sliver (gives a dex bonus) are finished. Next on the list: Blade Sliver.
Oh, and the Acidic and Crystalline slivers will be coming along in a few days, so keep your eyes on this thread!
