S&S Creature Collection III: who submitted proposals?

I considered sending in a few beasts, but then decided against it. I'm not feeling secure enough in my creativity yet to pull this off. For now, I am satisfied sharing my creations (and rarely updated conversions ) via ENWorld.

Well I'm sure there will be another open call some day Otu. After all, we've had Termana and Asherak. There's still Fenrilik and the Dragon Lands.

Sorry to burst the bubble guys, but you all know you would just love to live in sunny Scotland.

Dont envy me too much though....we do get the occasional drop of rain now and again

Actually I like the weather in Scotland. More in the Highlands mind you than the lowlands. *prefer to be near snow* Rain is fine, but not like 40 and rain like most parts of England. Scotland and Wales though have the best weather.

both of which I tend to agree will have open calls. Don't be afraid to send your stuff in, the worst thing that could happen is they don't decide to print it. but the process will help you creatively. I know it helped me.

But I guess I will start with some submissions to Asgard, something which I intended for quite some time now.

Guess it would help sitting at my word file of monsters instead of posting here.

Might help Otu. You never know. Course I also recommend doing open calls for other publishers. I know Bastion was pretty gracious and let me in the door. (Thanks again guys!) but I can't wait to see my author's copies of the Player's Guide to Wizards, Bards, and Sorcerers make their way here too.

by the way . . . I changed it to just one plant rather then a template. it just made more sence.

I understand. And yes San, if our stuff makes the cut, then we will get an author's check and two authors copies of CC III before it is released.

Happy FrIGGIN NEW YEAR! I wasnt expecting that! I was just trying to come up with a cool new monster to do my part for a setting I really like. thats WAY cool! (thats a for real smile!)
