Sahak of the nine colors! Spells and stuff.

demiurge1138: I love the camel spell, as it is really something that Sahak would use... As for the time spell, you do know it is horribly overpowered don't you? It should probably at the least be a 9th level spell and allow a fortitude save to negate, also, you are aware of what would happen if a great red wyrm dragon got a hold of the spell? But I like your efforts, the camel spell had me laughing for quite some time :D

Later,

you are right, Krishnath. I made that spell quite some time ago, when my knowledge of balance was slim. I'll be paring it down a bit, as per your suggestion. Glad you liked the camels.

I suggest you make the effect temporary as well as allow a fort save. The creature will of course still die of old age if aged over their natural limit, but if the spell doesn't kill them, they should 'de-age' after some time, perhaps after 1/hour per caster level?

That might work, but I gave the edited version an XP cost instead, to prevent it from being exploited by dragons and the like.

Fun thing about the Camels... I still wonder though, wouldn't the camels take damage as well from the impact? I mean, most probably, they would die if they also took 6d10 points of damage. Not sure, if I only had some Camels and a Hercules Military Transport, I could test it to see how big a percentage of the Camels that survive.

Well, Krishnath, you call the shots. When you think we are about finish with spells, we could begin on items as well. Dont think it needs too many items though, probably only 2-3 unique items. Not sure if the Fatigue Table counts though :)

Im still not convinced that Hail of Camels would be a good choice, it seems a little bit too .... "foolish" :).
Anyways, could you add a paragraph to Explosive Livestock that states, if Contagion is cast on the livestock before Explosive Livestock is cast, the livestock's explosion will cause disease to those affected (sounds plausible to me, but im not sure).

Anyways, tata

Clay_More, that is a genius, and very fiendish application for the explosive livestock. You have my approval. Also, I contemplated giving the camels some fall damage, but I decided against it. They're magical camels, after all:D

Clay_more: Only someone so evil and twisted as someone who boils kittens could think of a spell that causes a rain of camels. And I never stated that he wasn't at least a little bit insane... Well, it's either insanity, or having a very sick sense of humor...

New and preferebly (but not necesserilly) unique items... Any takers? :D

Well, im still contemplating on the items, give a poor man a break. Anyways, I think the Camel spell could really throw a group of adventurers of balance. I mean, they would get seriously disturbed by the event :)

Anyways, Ill do a little work on designing some nasty critters for Sahak (or actually, just one critter) and gonna give the items some contemplation. But hey, Krishnath, what about all youre "brilliant" ideas? Come up with some items as well, ya ol' Danish fart.

Old fart! I will tell you something if it wasn't for my kin you'd be talking norweigan now! :D

As for new item's I have one, but it's not realy unique, but it is quite different.

Egg, Ordinary
Despite it's name, the ordinary egg is anything but. In fact it is the seed of a new demiplane. The ordinary egg looks like oval opal, roughly the size of a hen's egg. If used on one of the transitive planes the egg is immediatly immolated as it's plane expands outward at a rate of 5' per round until it reaches a radius of 500' after which it's radius increases by only 1' per week. The planar traits of the new demiplane can be any the user of the egg desires, although if not specified, the plane will take on the characteristics of an average prime material plane.
These precious items are highly sought after by noble genies, royal fey and other such creatures.
Caster/Manifester Level: 25th; Prerequisites: Craft Wonderous Item, Craft Epic Wonderous Item, Genesis; Market Price: 250,000 GP.

Cudos to Neil Gaiman for the original idea of the Ordinary Egg.
