Sarah Jane fights the Wyrm?

Sarah Janes Adventures debuts on SciFi channel. Anyone else think about the cola being a Black Dog Games/fomori plot from World of Darkness?

I was thinking more about Slurm from Futurama.

Good lord was that kid in pigtails obnoxious. I hope she's not always in the show. (But then, I don't like children much. Especially ones with British accents, as I have no idea what they are saying)

Hmm... I've been thinking of following The Sarah Jane Adventures, but never had the time for it. I like Liz Sladen, especially since her reappearance in Season 2 and all the old series stories that featured her. But I have to ask, is this spinoff worth it? I know it's primarily aimed at kids, but is it good enough that an adult can watch it?

I believe the girl was replaced for the main series. RTD had said the premier was a holiday special rather than a pilot, but there were some of the usual changes between a pilot episode and main series.

I seem to recall the most consistently irritating character in the series being the main girl's mother.
