So, what to do for the afternoon?

I'm voting LAN War . . . But where? Maybe at Mark's?

Someone get Allen in on this debate!

Is this an option of things to do before Mark gets home? I say we just play board games and plan a LAN party some other time. I won't be there till Mark's there, anyways. If it was a scheduled LAN party, I could make arrangements. A 3 to 4 hour LAN party doesn't sound like much fun. :(

Oh. I though we already had plans for Saturday to see a movie... :\

What Movie?

Scooby Doo 2. You are invited too. So is Craig, Allen and Mark and the rest of the gang. I was thinking of maybe playing Star Wars CCG afterward. Board games would also work, but it sounds like you guys are making other plans.

If plans fall through, I'd love the company that night! I'm not doing anything beyond seeing Scooby Doo 2 with the kids.

Show times
11:00 AM | 11:50 AM | 1:40 PM | 2:20 PM | 4:00 PM | 4:40 PM

We have to see an early show because I am taking the kids, and will be several dollars cheaper for me. At the moment, I was letting Chris pick the showtime, since whether or not his wife could make it would be a deciding factor - but now that he is planning a LAN war and all, I am not sure.

Allen came over the other night and we played some Star Wars card games, which was a lot of fun.

Anyway, the point is, if you want to do something here on Saturday, that would be AWESOME!

Well it sounds like Chris isn't interested in a short LAN War. While he has a point that it will take a good hour to set up and 3 hours of gaming may not be worth it -- it would be good just to see.

I have plans at Mark's in the evening and am not really interested in seeing SD2 but was looking for something to fill the time with -- of course I could be packing for the move or doing my taxes . . . nah! :D

Barb doesn't want to go see SD2 either; she is going to go see Jersey Girl while the kids and I go see Scooby.

It is too bad our gaming group won't do anything together anymore on off-gaming days.

I thought we were going to see that Dead movie. Dawn of the Dead? I can't remember what it was called. Plus, I thought the plans were for during the week.

Sorry guys, I messed up. I forgot that I already planned on going to the movies with Vince. So, y'all have fun doing whatever. I'll post the time we're going to the movie tomorrow if anyone's interested in goin. :)

I'm free to see that with you sometime is you wants.

Since there seems to be no consensus -- I'll say let's meet at MVD's round 2 or 3 and play board games.
