Hyperthetical situation
A player is dazed until save. They have at their disposal a power that allows them to make a save as a minor (for instance, Guiding Verse, lvl 10 Paladin utility). They use the power, save successfully and are therefore no longer dazed. Does that mean that they can still take a Move and a standard? It coud be argued "No. They didnt start the turn with these actions.". Can anyone clarify the legality of this.
Regardless of legal arguments, my gut feel however is to say yes they can take the actions, because that feels more in line with the "spirit" of the power. "From his dazed state, the paladin calls upon his deity, who grants him a boon. He shakes off the condition and once more wades into combat". They had the right power and they used it at the right time, to me thats just good play and should be rewarded. Agree/Disagree?
