Schools of Magic's Representative Creatures

I'm tinkering around with my homebrew and decided I wanted 8 wizards around the world to exemplify their chosen school of magic. Not only do I want them to study their chosen specialty but to live it as well; their school is a part of them and the higher level spells in their schools are largely due to their effort and research. In addition I want each of them to be a particular race or breed that personifies the school's flavor. Here is what I have at the moment:

Abjuration: Dwarf
Conjuration: (???)
Divination: (???)
Enchantment: Satyr
Evocation: (???)
Illusion: Gnome
Necromancy: Lich
Transmutation: (???)

Which races do you think personify the 8 schools? Why?
