Well, I could have made it clearer, but it's a poll about game systems. For me Dawning Star is a setting (using d20 M/F) so wouldn't apply to the poll. Of course, games like Fading Suns (not mentioned) or Star-Wars, are as much about a setting as they are about rules.
For the record, my indignancy was only in jest. However, based on your response, the poll shouldn't include separate entries for Traveler d20 and Darwin's World which are not unique game systems. Seriously though, it's your poll, you can put whatever you want up there.

I loves me some hardcore d20 Modern action.

It's modular enough to tinker with, but still having the same type and amount of balance that 3.x D&D does. Plus it's just cool that I can pull the bulette stats out of my Monster Manual, alter them a little, and create the "Beetle" alien bug for my Starship Troopers type setting. Most of the breeds of bugs in that setting are just refurbished D&D critters.

GURPS is my current favorite game system for Sci Fi and Modern. SpaceHARP looks promising, though. I'll have to pick that up when it comes out.

I voted "Dream Pod 9" but I have to be pedantic and point out that Dream Pod 9 is a game company and not a game system. It's like asking someone if they play "Wizards of the Coast"...while that might be appropriate in West Hollywood, many d20 players would be quick to correct another gamer who used that terminology.

The system is called Silhouette Core (or SilCore) and is the latest iteration of the Silhouette system. The science fiction games that use the SilCore system are Core Command, Heavy Gear and Jovian Chronicles. Out of the three, Jovian Chronicles is my favorite/

In addition, I am very fond of the Synergy system used in Blue Planet, as well as the setting.

More posts on sci-fi Turanil, eh? :) I said it elsewhere and I will say it again. It is nice to see you active in here again.
I'll add a hoo-rah to that as well. :)

Classic Traveller for me: I'm working on background and adventures for a ftf game I hope to run this fall. I'm using the Judges Guild "Gateway Quadrant" as my Golden Age (Third Imperium, c. 1100) setting. I also plan a Metamorphosis Alpha type adventure as well.

Another system that I think would be great for sci fi is The Fantasy Trip - I'm stripping TFT for parts for my CT game!
