SCI FI reveals January schedule
MONDAY - DECEMBER 12, 2005
All three of SCI FI's hit Friday night original series will return with brand new episodes next month -- but not before back-to-back marathons for Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica.
All 10 episodes of the first half of SG-1's ninth season will air in a marathon on Monday, January 2, starting at 12 p.m. Eastern/Pacific. The Atlantis Season Two marathon will follow on Wednesday, January 4 (starting at 9 a.m.), though the season premiere "The Siege, Part 3" will be omitted -- likely because it's the continuation of an episode that won't be aired.
The first half of Galactica's current season will air on Thursday, January 5 starting at 8 a.m., but omitting the episode "Final Cut." (Catch that one during Galactica's 8-hour marathon on December 20, which omits the season's first two episodes.) SCI FI will premiere a new behind-the-scenes special on Monday, January 2 at 10 p.m. Eastern/Pacific.
New episodes kick off Friday, January 6:
JANUARY 6
Stargate SG-1 - "The Fourth Horseman, Part 2"
Stargate Atlantis - "The Hive"
Battlestar Galactica - "Resurrection Ship, Part 1"
JANUARY 13
