Got a bit of time to have a look at ol' Yash and clean up a few bits.

Treasure: Double standard, or is that too low for someone of his level?

What would be proper for his sneak attack damage?

As for his shape changing power, I prefer Change Shape over Alternate Form. I don't want him to be stuck with the ability scores of a lesser creature.

Double standard is fine (it's doubling a whole lotta standard ).

I'd go with +18d6 sneak attack damage (as 36th-level rogue).

DC for death attack? caster level for quiessence? DR/SR suggestions?

Death attack DC will depend on how you want to do it. It is Intelligence-based, generally, so you can either go with 10 + 1/2 HD + Int bonus, or state he has the death attack ability of a 36th-level assassin, and go with 10 + 36 + Int bonus.

The gloom does not list a caster level for its quiescence, so perhaps it is not needed?

I like damage reduction 15/good and epic and spell resistance equal to 12 + CR (38).

i'll go with 1/2 HD for the death attack, making it 42 (with Ability Focus).

for silence, CL modifies only the range and duration, making it unnecessary for Yash.

does Change Shape sound about right for him, as above?
