Does anyone have the stats for a scourge? Was it ever printed in any book?

I think it is in the FRCS, just does 1d8 X2, can trip and gets a +2 when disarming.

Scourge: This multitailed, barbed whip is often dipped in poison delivered via injury. You get a +2 bonus on your opposed attack roll when attempting to disarm an opponent (including the roll to keep from being disarmed if the attack fails) with this weapon.
