How much does a 0th level scroll cost to make and to sell?

Following the PHB it would be:

0 x 1 x 25 = 0 gp, but that seems a wee bit too little

That would total to: 1/2 x 1 x 25.
When you buy at the Red Wizards store around the corner you get it for free actually! Aren't those guys nice? )
