Thomas is acquainted with Joseph, but not Victor. Victor uses the Mind Switch psionic power (from Psionics Handbook) on a goon, then uses it again to swap minds between with Joseph, then Teleports away and swaps back to his original body (leaving the goon's mind in Joseph's body). Thomas wants to locate Joseph's body via Scrying, but does not know the goon or Victor. Does a scry attempt succeed?
