Apart from Underdark and Slayer's Guide to Derro which I still have not, are there any other sourcebooks from 3rd or 3.5rd edition which you could find the Derro Dwarves stats? Thanks for answering!

Following 3.5 SRD :
+0 +4 +2 +0 -6 +6 // 3 Monstrous humanoid HD, Level adjustment 0 (+2 if brought back to sanity).

Then Underdark says : 3 HD +1 ECL, and see 3.5 Monster Manual for description.
