Not the chart I was thinking of, but I also have this:

I suppose that Group III.3 and Group IV.1 are pretty close. I can make them the same and call that "Bronze". Group IV.2 could be renamed "Umber". Then Group III.2 is "Beige"?

Did a little digging- "Olive" seems to be an acceptable choice for skin tone d/t its age and lack of colonial / fetishizing associations. Interesting.

Don't think anyone posted it yet, but this was one of my top Google searches and seems to have some great advice.

As long you follow these guidelines, I can't imagine anyone taking issue with your descriptions.
