Oh! My bad...I looked further down the page that Lasher mentioned (which
is gone now) and saw the full stat block --- I thought he was getting smacked
for the top of the page which had the same exact information as on the
Wizards page.

Funny thing is... correct me if I am wrong, but were those stats not completely innaccurate? I glanced at them at the time, so didn't really notice, but after looking at them again they sure don't seem like 3.5 Beholder stats. Ah well, was just tryin' to help out, and I couldn't even do that right LOL

It's not public domain: if it was, there couldn't be any restrictions on it. It is, however, available to anyone who wants to accept the terms of the licence.

Hm, didn't think about that. That's probably an important distinction to make -- at least I should be more careful when picking my terms.

Guess so. The first letter threw me off. I was like, "... What in the-- huh? I hope he's not talking about..."

Then again, I am exceedingly tired.

Just makes me want to come up with an analogy.... like, I'm talking to a police officer, and he tells me streaking is illegal. So I look over his shoulder and point at someone streaking and say "Like that guy over there?" and I get arrested. Weird. Funny, but weird.

Or... like, a kid asks you where it can get drugs, and you tell them "In the park, there's a guy with a black hat, if you say to him 'I'm a pretty girl' he'll sell you drugs." So when the cop busts around the corner to drag you away, you can say: "I didn't sell that kid any drugs, I don't even know the guy in the park. I only heard about it from two punks who walked by"

Equating information with allowing, no even encouraging kids access to drugs is asinine.

He didn't encourage them. He just gave them information. But of course that is wrong. The drugs analogy is more extreme than the origianal situation, sure, but it's basically the same thing: Someone pointing someone else to illegal material which they didn't have anything to do with.
