Yes WBF means wizard bonus feat...

and repeat is metamagic repeat spell... thought that was kind of easy to understand.

Sorry if I didn't make what I was asking clear. But from the post it looked like a feat called "Repeat" or spell was taken. Where can this be found? What book?

Cold does not have a drop in damage.

It does the same damage as Fire, 1D6+1 per level.

I think he meant Electricity d6/lvl - but assume failed save vs cold d6+1/lvl - but assume successful save ... (honestly not sure, though ... :p )

Well, Electricity does not have the Fort save which was the anti-Evasion point of his post.
