Sell me the SRD!

Anna,

Indesign has a book function, this makes working with large documents a lot easier, you just divide the book in sections that are linked into a single book.

You can do pagenumbers in the document master automatically.

I'm curious how the layout looks, could you make a screendump of one of the pages and post it here?

What papersize are you using? A4 or Letter (or something completely else)?

Nope, no one has bought it yet. Just got finished putting out the announcement on the various news sites.

Someone's bought it now!

Looks pretty good. It's the SRD, all in one file, with a massive bookmarks. Nothing fancy, but it's got a cool cover I wasn't expecting.

Things I was really hoping to see that I saw:
Bookmarks for each spell.
Bookmarks for each monster. I'm so glad I'll never have to slog thru the M spells or the D monsters ever again.

Things I was hoping to see that I didn't:
Bookmarks for each skill.
Bookmarks for each feat.

Things I didn't think about before, but now I do:
I'd like to be able to collapse the whole list of spells, monsters, etc. I can collapse each letter in the alphabet, but I still end up with big lists of bookmarks. I've got Acrobat, so I'll be moving the bookmarks myself, but it would have been nice to have it done already.

Am I correct in understanding I've also bought the updates to the SRD as they come out? If so, I'm a really happy guy.

Pretty pleased overall. Better than the various free versions I've gathered so far.

PS

Storminator, I will see about implementing your suggestions into the next version.

And yes, perpetual free updates for those who purchase it.:D

Glad you like the cover.:D

Almost forgot. I'm also working on creating lists of the monsters by CR, terrain, type and size. Which will be included in the update.
