Any semi-cinematic fantasy d20 games out there? Low-power, low-magic, not quite Grim-N-Gritty or GURPS, but definitely not Epic Level Campaign?

Martial Arts: Atlas Games put out some adventures that have Wuxia rules

Coming Up: SG-1 rpg by AEG and Babalyon 5 by Moongoose.

 

[Ranger REG]

T20: The Traveller's Handbook. It uses Stamina and Lifeblood.

Sidewinder: The Wild West Adventures. It uses Vim-n-Vigor health system.
