I just purchased two books. The first one is Nova Swing by the much maligned (on this site, anyway) M. John Harrison. It's a continuation of Light, a novel that won last years Triptree Award, and a novel that I still have a hard time forming an opinion of, even though I read it over a year ago. Harrison is one of those authors that I either love (The Course of The Heart) or am very confused by (8/10's of Viriconium). We'll see if this one tips the scale in any way.
The second book I bought is that Philip K. Dick collection by the Library Of America. It's subtitled Four Novels Of The 1960's. I can't wait to dig in into it. I've never read PKD before, mostly because I wasn't sure where to start. This narrowed it down by quite a bit.
