There are things I NEED to know about Eberron. Mainly about the dragonmarks, because they fascinate me.

Actually, I think you will get many of these things, in time.

The War of the Mark is a piece of history that will be examined as history in general is examined. There's a few critical pieces of information about it in the Sharn sourcebook, which is now only a month away. In short, it was a war between those with pure marks and those with tainted marks, and the structure of the Dragonmark Houses arose out of that war.

The reasons for the extermination of the line of Vol and the exodus of the Houses of Shadow is something I would expect to see more on when More information is presented about Aerenal, either of the Shadow houses, or the Blood of Vol. I personally don't expect that we'll publish actual powers for the Mark of Death, but Matt Forbeck's novels could prove me wrong.

Mixed marks, Khyber marks, aberrant marks... are these different? Do they all still exist? I do think you'll info about these eventually (and there is a little bit of info in Sharn) -- it's all a question of what sourcebooks WotC decides to produce, in what order.

I want prestige classes (beyond Heir of Siberys) for Siberys-marked heroes, maybe a Warrior of Siberys, High Sorceror of Siberys, that kind of thing, who are Heroes with a capital H.

Perhaps when we get into Epic Eberron.

Oh, and I also want dragonshard powered space vessels something like spelljammers, but I'll probably have to homebrew that.
