Setting survivor?

Has there been an official TSR and WotC setting survival grouping yet? I'm thinking you've gotta leave off "unofficial" d20 settings because there's too many of them, but I'd like to see a run through the "official" settings. Has it been done and I missed it? If not, I can do one if no one else wants to, but can you help me compile a list of the settings? I might miss out on a few of the more obscure ones...

Straight up votes are generally more boring because you have something approaching the end result after the first poll (the eventual winner will always have at least as many votes as it did in the first round, assuming people vote each time).

You can leave off Eberron and Forgotten Realms as you know they will be the first two off because of peoples' strong feelings against one or the other (or both).

A survivor model voting makes it at least a little interesting.
