Shackled City stat blocks-how best to use them

We prefer to call the old format the "classic" format. ;)

So noted!

The Shackled City stat blocks are in the "classic" format. Updating them all to the new format would have added a month to the book's development, and we decided it ultimately wouldn't be worth the effort.

I totally understand. I've just spent the past month finishing up a lot of "new" stat block format NPCs for Dragonlance, and it's quite the learning curve I've been scaling just to get them right. I used to be able to do "classic" stat blocks in my sleep.

Cheers,
Cam

Several of us over on the Paizo boards have been discussing this same issue. Today we started a Yahoo! group as a place to collect all our custom stat block sheets and other DM crunchy stuff for the AP. I uploaded the stat blocks for the NPCs from the first half of Secrets of the Soul Pillars today. They are in the new DMG2 format which I find much easier. I hope to fnish of the rest of the NPCs in Soul Pillars by next week and then get started on the next adventure.
