Shadow Walk and Cover

Hey guys simple question - Does the Concealment bonus from the Warlock's Shadow Walk ability stack with Cover?
In other words if a Warlock moves 3 square away and stands behind cover does he get the benefit from both the Cover and Concealment?

Yes.

and he can TRY to stealth too.

So long as try means ask his DM to consider whether the given situation is appropriate.

If he walks 3 squares into the middle of a well lit room in front of alert guards, then he can expect his Shadow Walk to do exactly what it says on the tin. Shadow Walk gives you Concealment.

Concealment gives you a defensive advantage. It may also let you try to use Stealth, if your DM tells you you can as laid out in RAW on PHB178.
