Share Spells Animal Comp AND Familiar

A halfling druid/sorcerer is atop his riding dog animal companion with his weasel familiar riding on his shoulder. He casts Shield to give himself an AC boost just before the beginning of a battle. Animal Companion and Familiar both have the Share Spell special ability, so assuming they stay within 5’ of the halfling, would both the riding dog and the weasel all get the benefit of the Shield spell?

No, that requires the Deliver Touch Spell ability. While certainly spiffy, a druid's animal companion does not receive this ability (only 3rd-level familiars get that).
